Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth and efficient process, please have your passport application completed prior to your appointment. If you are unable to access the online application, we recommend arriving 30 minutes early to complete a paper application on-site. You will need to bring a personal check or money order to be submitted with your application for processing. Please note that arriving 15 minutes or more past your scheduled appointment time will require you to reschedule.
